Where does the weather come from?

Dislab fetches it for the town you set for each location, about every half hour. If the internet drops, the screen uses the last reading for up to 3 hours.

Where do “Join our list” sign-ups go?

To the Contacts page in your console, with the consent they gave. Download them as a spreadsheet any time.
