Can the score update automatically?

Yes, if your scoring app can send a web request with a Dislab API key. Most clubs just tap it on a phone: the screens change about a second later.

What do I need on each TV?

A Fire TV Stick running the Dislab app, or a computer or iPad with Chrome, Edge or Safari open at play.dislab.app.
