Where do the exchange rates come from?

From Frankfurter, which publishes central bank rates each working day. Dislab fetches them for you; boards show them with your buy and sell margins, and say they’re a guide only.

Can tellers call the next number?

Yes. Each teller moves the queue on from the phone page, with their own login, and the screen changes straight away.

Can we show a comparison rate?

Yes. Rate signs are ordinary text you edit, with room for the comparison rate and terms beside the headline rate.
