Where do the exchange rates come from?

From Frankfurter, which publishes central bank rates each working day. Dislab fetches them for you; boards show them with your buy and sell margins, and say they’re a guide only.

Can staff call the next number?

Yes. Each person at the counter moves the queue on from the phone page, with their own login, and the screen changes straight away.

Can the board show our own buy and sell rates?

Yes. Set a margin either side of the official rate and the board shows We buy and We sell. Offers and fees are ordinary text you edit.
