Signs that move catch the eye.
Words that build in, a price that counts up, a stamp that lands, photos that drift and confetti that falls. Over 550 ready-made signs already move; pick one, change the words, done. Or set every layer’s motion yourself.
Motion is on every plan, the free one included. Falling effects come with Pro.
Sixteen of over 550, playing now.
Every one starts from an empty screen here, just as it does on your TV. Use one as it is, or change the words, photos and colours first.
In portrait too
Each has its own design for a TV on its side, with its motion intact.
The same sign, four ways to move.
Pick a motion style and Dislab sets every layer for you, in the order people read the sign: the title first, then the details, then the price.
Everything fades in, one after another; photos drift.
The title pops, prices count up, badges wiggle.
Wipes, letters coming in one by one, a shine across badges.
Everything buzzes on like a neon tube; the title flickers now and then.
Motion you set layer by layer.
Any word, photo, shape or sticker can move. Choose how it comes in, how it catches the eye while it’s on, and how it leaves before the next sign.
- Comes in: fade, slide, zoom, pop, drop, wipe, flip or buzz on
- Words build in by the word or the letter, typed out, or numbers counting up
- Catches the eye: pulse, bob, spin, wiggle, bounce, blink, shine or flicker
- Photos zoom slowly in, out or across
- A timeline under the sign to set when each part starts
Snow, confetti, bubbles and hearts.
Add a falling effect over a whole sign or one part of it: snow for winter specials, confetti for a birthday, hearts for Valentine’s Day, leaves for autumn, rain, bubbles or sparkles.
- Seven effects, each light, medium or heavy, slow or fast, in any colour
- Every screen shows the same pieces falling the same way
- Stickers that move by themselves: stars, bursts, arrows and marquee bulbs
Smooth on an ordinary TV stick.
Motion is timed by the clock, so a row of screens plays together, and a sign that replays every minute does it on the minute everywhere.
Only what a stick’s graphics chip does well moves: position, size, turn and fade. Tested on Amazon and Google TV sticks.
In a playlist, each part leaves just before the next sign comes up, so nothing is cut off mid-move.
The sign, its fonts and its photos are kept on each screen and keep moving with no internet.
Questions
Anything else? Ask us.
Can I stop a sign moving?
Yes. Choose Still in the sign’s motion and nothing moves, or turn motion off for one layer. Templates come in Animated and Still.
Which plan is it on?
Motion is on every plan, the free one included. Falling effects and some widgets, such as split-flap boards and menus, come with Pro.
Will it play smoothly on a cheap stick?
Yes for most signs. The designer warns you when a sign has a lot moving at once, and suggests one effect at a time for the smoothest result on a TV stick.
Can Dislab AI make an animated sign for me?
Yes. Describe the sign and Dislab AI fills a design with your words, colours and a free photo, motion included. More on Dislab AI.
