Every planFree has 300 MB; Pro 2 GB per screen, pooled across your account.
- Free: 300 MB.
- Pro: 2 GB per screen, pooled across the account: 5 Pro screens give 10 GB to use however you like.
Both count the TV-ready copy Dislab makes of each file, which is usually smaller than what you uploaded. On Free, a file still uploading or converting counts at its uploaded size.
- Open Storage to see how much is used and how much is free. Media shows the same bar above your files.
- Converting this month shows how much converting time is used. Every upload is made TV-ready on our servers: Free has 60 minutes a month, Pro 5 hours per screen. A photo takes seconds, a long video minutes. It starts again on the 1st; if it runs out, new uploads wait until then, and everything already uploaded keeps playing.
- When storage is full, uploads stop with Not uploaded. Press Manage files and delete files you no longer use, add screens on Pro, or move to Pro.
