A screen isn’t showing what it should

Check Health, re-sync, and read what the TV says; most problems are Wi-Fi or power.

  1. Open Health: is the screen online, and is it up to date or still downloading?
  2. At the TV, press OK on the remote to open Dislab’s menu and choose Troubleshoot or unpair. It checks the connection, the subscription, the clock and what’s playing, and says what to do about anything that’s wrong. Check for updates on the TV’s menu makes it check in at once for your latest changes and any new version of how signs are drawn, and says if a newer Dislab app is out.
  3. On its page, press Re-sync now. If it doesn’t answer, check the TV is on, on the right HDMI input, and the stick is on Wi-Fi (Fire TV Settings › Network).
  4. Unplug the stick’s power for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Dislab opens by itself and catches up.
  5. Still wrong? Take a screenshot from its page, then press Report a problem at the top of the screen’s page and tell us what you expected to see.

What the TV is telling you

  • Getting your screen ready: downloading new content. Large videos on slow Wi-Fi take a while.
  • Nothing assigned yet: choose what it plays on its page and publish.
  • Not enough space on this TV: remove other apps from the stick, or show less at once.
  • Subscription paused or needs attention: check Your plan; a failed payment moves the account to Free after 3 days.
  • Can’t confirm your subscription: the TV has been offline too long. Connect it to the internet.
