Your data and privacy
What Dislab keeps, how to download it, and how long it stays.
Download your things:
- Photos and videos: one at a time from Media, or every one with Download all there (the owner only). Dislab packs them into zip files of up to 2 GB, ready for 7 days (Downloading).
- Contacts: Download (CSV) in Contacts.
- Plays: Every play (CSV) in Play reports.
How long things are kept:
- Uploaded originals 30 days after they’re converted; the TV-ready copies until you delete them.
- Play reports, once switched on: single plays about 3 months, daily totals 13 months.
- Screenshots from a TV: the last 3 per screen. Event photos: 30 days after the event ends.
- Contacts: until you delete them or the account.
Location data is removed from every photo and video you upload, from the stored file as well as the TV copies. Dislab has no ads or trackers and never sells your data. Your account and files are stored in Sydney, Australia.
